We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment, compliance, drafting company policies and handbooks, and compensation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with our company's culture and values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring offers
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's culture and values, and ensure that they are communicated to employees effectively
  • Draft and maintain employee handbook, policies, and procedures, and ensure they are updated in compliance with any regulatory changes
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with department heads to ensure effective performance management practices are in place
  • Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics to track and report on key HR indicators, such as retention, turnover, and employee engagement
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and streamlined, and develop and implement process improvements as needed
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

What you will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR generalist role with full-cycle recruitment experience, knowledge of compliance, and experience drafting company policies and handbooks
  • Experience developing and implementing compensation strategies
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred
