Krause Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team! This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis for Krause Group and our various businesses. This position will produce and analyze capital models to support investment decisions, including financial evaluation of various business opportunities. What you’ll do

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Provide analysis for domestic and international entities
• Responsible for preparing management reporting
• Create and audits/validates financial models
• Develop presentations for multiple audiences to summarize analysis and clearly communication assumptions/outcomes
• Ad hoc analysis for Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and other department heads

What we’re looking for

• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Financial modeling experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of certain information
• Knowledge of GAAP Accounting

Other key requirements

• CPA or CFA preferred
• Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area required
