AT A GLANCE:

This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, marketing and other spending analytics and reporting. Participates in general ledger closing activities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:

  • Assist with monthly fiscal closing activities.
  • Marketing spending analysis and accrual entries.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budgeting.
  • Assist in the development of monthly rolling forecasts with reporting.
  • Weekly reporting of cancellations, delivered sales, written sales.
  • Responsible for reporting monthly headcount and spending against budgets and forecasts.
  • Monthly reviews of salaried “Workforce” labor, as defined within Planful EPM system.
  • Monthly reviews of Planful Labor by position within departments.
  • Develop analytic reporting within Planful.
  • Develop cost drivers and other architectural structures within Planful for forecasting abilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial analysis or equivalent.
  • Experience with (EPM) Enterprise Performance Management systems a plus.
  • Having a strong analytical mind is a must.
  • Desire to understand transactions.
  • Proficiency in intermediate level Excel.
  • Someone who is detail oriented, works well with peers, and who is a self-starter.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as, in a collaborative team environment within an office setting
  • Physical requirements such as extended periods of sitting and computer use may be required
