What You'll be Doing

Passionate to keep items organized and efficient? Looking to support a company's CEO and c-level executive operations? As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll provide support to the CEO, extending to the board of directors and executive team by managing our senior-most interactions with the CEO. Working in a hybrid set up, you'll offer solutions, schedule meetings, and support both company and personal engagements of the CEO including non-profits, community activities, meetings, and related commitments. Keeping a flexible schedule, you'll ensure confidentiality handling information, complete high-volume tasks and projects, maintain quality as you multitask and react to situations with the appropriate level of urgency to reflect the CEO's style and organization policy.

You'll report to the CEO. You'll contribute to the success of CEO, C-level executives, and the business with your proactive mindset and passion to set priorities.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Be the main contact for all internal and external matters for the CEO and complete administrative tasks such as assisting with special projects, producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, and supporting meetings with scheduling, materials and food service, and make travel arrangements
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize requests, troubleshoot conflicts, make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth daily engagements and follow up on contacts made to cultivate ongoing relationships
  • Provide a bridge of communication and work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO's outreach activities and support the board of directors by arranging meetings and events
  • Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, issues taking place in the environment while following up
  • Write concise emails to clients, employees, and other partners and other as hoc projects as assigned.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and communicating with C-level executives
  • Computer experience - Microsoft Suite for calendar scheduling, presentations to executive leadership, including high level proficiency with MS Excel
  • Comfortable working simultaneously on projects handling confidential information
  • Accuracy-driven and passionate keeping your work organized and structured
  • A demonstrated history of confidentiality

The anticipated range is $80,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
