Job Description:
Information Services, Client Technology Engineer
Client Technology Engineer is a professional position responsible for introducing or maintaining services that improve the effectiveness of end-user computing. This person will lead and take part in any stages of end-user computing related projects.
Responsibilities
- Manages corporate Endpoint Management Systems infrastructures and services.
- Timely patch deployment on Windows client and server operating systems.
- Driving continuous improvement in Windows end-user computing environment, including but not limited to patch management, deploy and operating system provisioning.
- Provides technical guidance and tools to help Information Service L1 and L2 support engineers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentations including standards, procedures, inventory checklists, processes, and training guides
Requirements/Qualifications:
**This job requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a)(3).
- Must have at least a BSc in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant IT technical disciplines.
- At least 6 years of technical experience in Windows 10.
- At least 4 years of experience in Windows scripting.
- At least 2 years of relevant technical experience in Windows servers and Active Directory services.
- Experience with Tanium and Ivanti Endpoint Management.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with customers and peers from different geographical locations.
