You will take inbound support calls, emails, and online requests and turn them into a ticket in our system, assign a technician, communicate with the client, follow up on older tickets and help with small projects. Phone work and communication are big in this position. You must be okay with outbound communications on the phone and email. We have a strict no personal cell phone policy and your phone must be kept on silence. We are a alcohol and drug free workplace.

Insyte Security provides physical security solutions to businesses throughout Central Florida and the United States. We also support many clients' security systems.
Our firm is seeking a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for supporting a variety of client services. Examples of the types of projects that candidates may be responsible for include; creating and sending email marketing correspondence, maintaining client database, improving customer service and monitoring the quality of our client support. Candidates must have experience with large scale web development projects and an excellent grasp of the web development process.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
