Job Title: Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

Reports to: Head of Corporate Development

Salary Range: $60-80K

Position Objective:

The Senior Analyst of Corporate Development analyzes mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic initiatives across the Company involving operations, finance, and investment. This position will play an integral role in the success of the Company by creating models and presentations to ensure Company leadership has appropriate information concerning strategic growth initiatives. The Senior Analyst will interact directly with the Head of Corporate Development as well as the Company’s leadership team to help drive the continued growth of this market leading company.

Essential Functions:

  • Design models, coordinate data collection,develop resulting analysis, effectively communicate findings
  • Collect and manage diligence data insupport of the modeling and analysis of proposed transactions
  • Perform research of various areas ofthe Company, including retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and sales
  • Efficiently completeproject tasks across multiple projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to broad audiences in the Company
  • Stay current with industry trends through Industry seminars, conferences, committees, and/or self-study
  • Other duties as assigned

Educationand Experience:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in BusinessAdministration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics oranother similar analytical field or equivalent years’ experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, financial modeling, predictive analytics, or other data analytics (internships will qualify)
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills or similar software

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business with periodic nights and weekend work necessary
  • Limited potential travel based on Company growth
