Summary:
In this role, you will support Vizient’s Ambulatory Quality and Accountability (“AQA”) ranking study and other data-driven patient care initiatives through the analysis of ambulatory and clinical healthcare data. You will apply strong technical skills to brainstorm and code new reports, enhance existing reports, and connect disparate data sources as indicated. You will perform custom analyses and compile key insights into polished deliverables to support performance improvement and research initiatives for our members.
Responsibilities:

Design strategic approach and identify appropriate data sources to fulfill analytical requests and highlight meaningful insights for internal and external audiences.

Serve as a team resource for technical/coding knowledge, and act as the primary coding resource in the creation and enrichment of reports and other deliverables.

Update and run existing programs related to the AQA quarterly calculator generation process.

Create deliverables that document key findings related to analytical requests, applying effective graphs and tables as appropriate.

Enhance and develop scorecards to measure performance across the clinical and ambulatory domains.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on the development of new metrics, reports, and analyses.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

5 or more years of related experience required.

Experience working with large disparate healthcare data sets to draw meaningful insights is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in SQL required.

Proficiency in SAS, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI/Tableau is preferred.

Experience with report automation preferred.

Excellent oral/written communication skills required; presentation experience preferred.

Organized and motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and partnership skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
