Overview:
Bowhead seeks an Senior Analyst to provide support to the Air Force (AF) NTI Program in Fort Meade, MD. The Senior Analyst will perform research and provide input to the development, implementation and oversight of AF NTI policy and guidance and support maintenance of the AF NTI Mission Continuity Plan (MCP) and the AF NTI Master Training Plan (MTP). SENIOR ANALYST
Bowhead seeks an Senior Analyst to provide support to the Air Force (AF) NTI Program in Fort Meade, MD. The Senior Analyst will perform research and provide input to the development, implementation and oversight of AF NTI policy and guidance and support maintenance of the AF NTI Mission Continuity Plan (MCP) and the AF NTI Master Training Plan (MTP).
- Assist AF NTI Enterprise with national database accesses through Air Force Cryptologic Office (AFCO)
- Support management of the AF NTI enterprise-wide training program;
- Support development of AF NTI tactics and assist with writing/maintaining Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Support Program Management Office on deployment/exercise planning and execution including reviewing and archiving after action reports;
- Support Air Combat Command, 16th Air Force and 70 ISRW (as appropriate) staff actions to coordinate AF NTI issues with host directorates, subordinate units and external organizations;
- Support Air Combat Command, 16th Air Force and 70 ISRW (as appropriate) responses to AF NTI element requests for program support;
- Support management of AF NTI Requests for Information (RFIs);
- Support planning and executing AF NTI Enterprise training, cryptologic compliance, and TTP working groups.
- Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) years of experience required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a cryptologic/intelligence analyst, linguist or collector and expertise in the following subject areas is required.
Practical/working knowledge of the following is preferred:
- NSANet, JWICS and SIPRNet;
- Chat tools (e.g., ZIRCON, Info Work Space, Jabber);
- Messaging tools (e.g., AMHS, Coastline, KLASHES, Anchory/MAUI);
- Windows applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Internet Explorer).
- Must be well organized, an effective communicator at multiple levels and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications;
- Must be capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for proficient execution of tasks;
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects with time related constraints in a fast paced environment;
- Must be able to speak effectively before groups of internal and/or external customers or employees.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret/SCI clearance at this location.
