• Collaborate with subcontractors and approvers on timesheet compliance
• Work with and provide support for vendor reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, rules, and regulation
• Front end setup
• Support various special projects as required

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of finance or accounting experience in lieu of a degree
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in business related field
• 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll and/or labor

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication to support, with attention to detail

The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
