To train and review subordinate staff and junior accountants including:

o Expense claim accounting – document processing, checking, entering data into accounting system, communication with employees in case of uncertainties, balance controlling.

o Business trip accounting – cost control, calculation of per diems, document checking, preparation of business trip order, communication with employees in case of uncertainties.

o Payment preparation in bank for expense claims and per diems.

o Preparation of necessary documentation for company’s representation costs.

o Cost invoices –booking, communicating with suppliers, sorting out issues.

o Annual stock taking of vendors, balance reconciliation letters.

o Monthly closing procedures: ensuring that month is closed properly and that the necessary calculations are done and posted.

o Assistance in audits, providing all necessary documents and information, preparing reports required by auditors.

o Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

o Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.

o Provide the manager proposals for work improvements.

Qualification Requirements and Competencies

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or higher
• Good communication skills;
• Good level of computer skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks;
• The ability to work in a team.
