Under the supervision of the JIB Accounting Manager, ensure that ongoing joint interest accounting transactions are performed in an accurate, timely manner and in compliance with Joint Operating Agreements and internal control procedures. Responsibilities:

Handle Non-Operated invoice coding / processing activities- Perform monthly analytics of Non-Operated LOE activity and cash margin
- Perform Operated JIB AR collection activities
- Prepare prior period adjustments associated with Operated WI changes
- Respond to Operated JIB inquiries
- Monitor status of Non-Operated payout projects
- Prepare journal entries for billing of indirect expenses to WI partners
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Complete special projects as assigned by Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- JIB Accounting experience
- Enertia experience
- OpenInvoice experience
- EnergyLink experience
- Excel proficient
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
