Job description

• Lead continuous improvement efforts associated with internal controls, processes, and procedures
• Provide financial perspective and decision-making support to improve plant financial performance
• Lead reporting and analysis of financial data including understanding drivers associated with business processes, trends, and key performance indicators
• Lead development of the annual plant budget and monthly forecasts
• Lead month-end reporting requirements including plant actual results compared to budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Lead standard cost development for new products
• Lead efforts in identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity
• Lead to implement proper Inventory Controls and valuation methodology and reconcile the perpetual inventory with General Ledger
• Education and Experience

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• 5+ years of similar manufacturing finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• Strong analytical ability, good organization skills, and excellent time management skills
• Experienced in large ERP implementations and/or upgrades (Oracle, JDE, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Ability to build trustworthy relationships with business

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
