Position Overview:

You will lead business development and selling to prospective key accounts in the non-profit and health care partnerships space. You are a trusted advisor who works with prospects and customers to provide eye care solutions for their member base. We are seeking an experienced sales executive who can work both as part of the team and individually driving self-generated sales opportunities focused on selling Zenni Business solutions.

A strong predictor for success will be evident in a candidate who is a growth-focused, innovative sales professional with experience working in the health or vision care industry boosting product, brand awareness and visibility. This individual is skilled in creating and implementing creative, impactful sales campaigns that highlight key brand messaging and appeal to targeted audiences. Highly analytical & ROI-driven professional able to assess performance metrics, develop effective strategic plans, and advise on lucrative product launch initiatives. Dedicated to generating product demand, reaching broader audiences, and driving new business through critical-thinking, research, and industry acumen

What you’ll be doing at Zenni:

  • Develop and execute collaborative Business Development plans to achieve business unit and account sales objectives
  • Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting potential clients
  • Create and drive revenue within the non-profit and health partnerships division
  • Be the subject matter expert when it comes to how Nonprofit institutions can benefit from Zenni’s solutions
  • Manage and build relationships at the account level and manage the sales cycle
  • Oversee and grow post-sale account relationships (long term strategic planning)
  • Oversee and conduct joint business planning (JBP) with accounts
  • Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
  • Utilize all Sales and Marketing data as well as syndicated data such as consumer research to achieve sales strategies as it relates to pricing, promotion, and distribution
  • Share marketplace feedback and guide our growth strategy with different accounts

Requirements

  • 8 years of sales experience in the health or vision care space
  • Proven success in Account Management with an active network
  • Understanding of potential opportunities and challenges within the space
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with customers
  • Must be flexible to travel to account meetings, and other meetings. This requires the flexibility of overnight travel
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
