Emigrant Storage has 5 Locations in the Reno/Sparks/Spanish Springs Areas
Join our team. Self Storage Maintenance. We are looking for outside help with general maintenance of the facilities. Job may require the ability to work at different Emigrant Storage locations on different days.
Responsibilities:
- Showing available rental Units/Spaces to new customers
- Operating forklift where needed
- Helping customers with problems at carwash
- Cleaning carwash bays and emptying trash.
- Cleaning storage units
- Fixing or replacing door hasps
- Repairing roll up doors
- Painting and sheet rock repair where needed
- Seasonal landscape upkeep/cleaning & weed removal
- Property Cleaning/Upkeep
- Golf cart and other equipment maintenance/upkeep
- Other occasional Electrical/Mechanical/Irrigation/Plumbing/Landscape/Building Maintenance where needed
Must have a stable work history. Must have professional appearance. Individuals with good work ethic and organizational skills highly encouraged. Medical benefits after 60 day trial period. $1000 Bonus after 6 month full time employment. $17-22hr depending on performance.
