We are making an impact because of our easy to use, turn-key digital programming, pre and post assessments, customized professional development and relevant On Demand Wellness modules designed to support the mental health of all. What we need:

An energetic, experienced and innovative Wellness/SEL Sales person, with proven success, who is passionate about SEL and mental wellness, committed to serving all communities, and excited about the opportunity to work independently. Our work is centered on serving communities, so our SEL Sales Specialist needs to have empathy and compassion, be trustworthy, approachable and full of heart.

Previous sales experience in Educational Curriculum, Ed Tech or like industry is REQUIRED. Please do not apply without some experience in sales.

You will be responsible for all phases of the sales process from establishing new accounts through prospecting, networking, assessing customer needs, presenting solutions, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high volume sales calls to both grow business at active accounts and secure new business from new accounts.
  • Increase sales and pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, following up on quotes--in a fast-paced environment.
  • Developing and nurturing customer relationships with key decision makers including Superintendents, district administrators, and school Principals
  • Successful meetings with decision makers in person, by phone, and via video conferencing
  • Utilize creativity and prior sales experience to help strategize on new ideas for inside sales and create sales strategy.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the core products, resources, and services
  • Provide timely updates on activity, quotes, contacts, accounts and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements/Preferences

  • At least 2-5 years of sales experience (Curriculum Sales Preferred)
  • K-12 Education experience/leadership preferred.
  • Proficient in:
  • Using a CRM HubSpot
  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft products
  • Zoom
