Job description
The UCLA Health Homeless Healthcare Collaborative provides healthcare services to people experiencing homelessness across Los Angeles. In this role you will be traveling with the team in a mobile unit to different locations.
As mobile unit security you will protect and guard all assets and staff of the Homeless Healthcare Collaborative. You will maintain situational awareness while the clinical team is providing care to people experiencing homelessness in various sites including on the streets and in encampments.
You will perform regular patrols and document all routine activities, incidents, and other duties as assigned. You will also enforce all policies and state laws and follow all guidelines including state regulatory agency requirements.
Salary range: $21.18-$27.42 Annual
- Must possess and maintain current certification in a California Guard Card and D.O.J. Chemical Agent or obtain them within the first 6 months of employment.
- Must posses and maintain California Drivers License or obtain within the first year of employment.
- Required to be part of the DMV Pull Notice System.
Preferred:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Lived experience of homelessness.
