Come join the Sea Rocket Water Adventures team!
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the manager for all Sea Rocket Watersports operations in Ocean City for 2023.
The job consists of:
-Ensuring both ticket booths are running smoothly through daily operations.
-Scheduling of personnel and working with the team to ensure all positions are covered every day.
- Reporting twice daily to managment on state of operations.
- Holding weekly team meetings to continuously improve processes, communication, and customer service.
- Monitoring customer service, both on site and external.
- Respond to customer reviews and address any problems or situations that arise.
Requirments:
- Must be seeking a college degree or already have obtained one.
- Prior experience managing a team of people.
- Must be able to work from mid-May through mid-September.
- Graduating seniors looking for a managment internship to jumpstart a career are welcome to apply!

Pay: $18.00 per hour
