We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join us (remotely), where we are building a next generation Digital Front Door for Healthcare Systems in the United States. You will bring prior experience with software development and testing, including a first-hand understanding of mobile application technologies and processes (React Native a Plus).

In this role you will be managing the mobile application development for client projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of software engineers, QA resources (internal & external), and junior project team members.

This is both an internal and client-facing role and will require you to organize and run:

• Internal/External Agile Ceremonies
• Internal Project Team Standups
• Client project progress updates
• Client discovery meetings
• Technical integration efforts with clients

You must be proficient in Jira and Agile methodologies, but you will have a wonderful Agile Practice leader supporting you. All work is tracked in Jira and you will be required to create tickets, write acceptance criteria, track sprint progress, generate reports, and course correct where necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must as we are looking for someone to help build positive relationships with clients during projects. You may eventually be assigned the clients’ first point of contact, ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to work efficiently and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
• Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
• Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
• Work with sales teams to generate new business
• Prepare reports on project performance

Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Software Development Experience (React Native a Plus)
• Expertise running large scale complex software (mobile) engagements
• Project management experience
• Background in sales and customer service is a plus
• Proficient in Jira, MS Office and CRM/project management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Sharp business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
