Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $74,800 - 173,100. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master - REMOTE to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Run complex agile projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Resource planning and allocation with minimum to no variance.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as and when needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Communicate progress to stakeholders through presentation and facilitation at all levels in the organization.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage multi shore teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, conduct, and direct research into issues, and take the initiative in the development and completion of projects.
- Prior experience working with international clients and ensuring availability per different time zones.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years serving in a Scrum Master or similar role
- 2 years of hands-on experience with MS Project Plan or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in requirements management, knowledge of Project Development Lifecycle (PDLC), Software Development Integration and delivery practices
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare Industry/Healthcare Payer or Healthcare verticals experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Member Enrolment and Eligibility, Provider, Claims processing, etc
- Cloud transformation experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal direction.
- Effective negotiation skills
