SCRUM MASTER JOB SUMMARY
The Scrum Master coordinates an agile development team and makes sure all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Master work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Scrum Master is responsible for teams’ effectiveness. Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality; Helping the Scrum Team focus

SCRUM MASTER JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Involves gathering, understanding, and communicating data from Jira, ServiceNow, and Kanban.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years’ experience in the health solutions industry being a leader
- 2 years of relevant experience using Agile/Scrum best practices
- Exposure to JIRA, Python, SQL, Agile Frameworks-Scrum, Kanban, XP, SDLC, Agile Project Management
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Scrum Master certification from a creditable organization
- Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodology
- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
- Experience with the SDLC and IT teams
- Experience in working in a multi-team environment
SCRUM MASTER PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Healthcare experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
