Technical background (not looking for anything specific – gave us example of a developer moving into SM role)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 5 certified. *Preferably* SASM SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, CSM cert
Kanban & Scrum Framework experience.
Release planning (Program Increment)
JIRA Query Language experience
Scrum Masters - Must be SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) 5 certified. Preferably SASM SAFe Advanced Scrum Master. I have no wiggle room on this requirement. We operate Agile @Scale within the bank. If the candidate is not familiar with that environment, it will be tough for us to place them into the project
