Gerald Printing is looking for an energetic Screen Printer to join our Russellville, KY team. We appreciate our people and need not just experienced operators, but those who are looking to learn a trade and have a future with our company. Experience preferred, but we will train the right person. This position requires daily interactions with co-workers as well as management.

General Responsibilities:

Operates a variety of screen printing, sign and hand finishing equipment as needed

Specific Duties:

• Operate manual and/or automated screen printing press
• Uses the exposure unit to make screens, cleaning screens and running the screen printing press.
• Checks in stock orders of apparel and prepares that stock for production.
• Catches and folds shirts coming out of the screen printing dryer.
• Serves as a back up in hand finishing with binding as well as hand collating, stitching, scoring and inserting and folding.
• Assists in shipping, padding, shrink wrapping, and delivery and any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.
• Full time, Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm with an hour lunch. Overtime may be necessary, but will be limited.
