Travel: No We are hiring a Scheduler to coordinate the scheduling of rides for our clients. You will also be asked to create manifest daily to accommodate our clients. To do well in this role you need to have a good working knowledge of the area and have experience working with computers.
Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers at all times.
- Communicating with Management and drivers through various channels.
- Ensure all schedules are completed daily in accordance with compliance of contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers and co-workers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
