Technical/Functional Skills:
S/4 Rollouts, S4 Manufacturing Processes (PP/DS), OTC, Materials. Trouble shoots rollout related issues, manages problem & potential problems, action planning, client relationship management
T-Codes (RRP1, RRP2, RRP3, RRP4, RRP5, etc.)
Experience Required:
Strong experience in plant process manufacturing and must have 2 of the following areas:
- CPG plant production experience
- S4 Shop floor rollout experience
- S4/HANA plant lead (manufacturing, scheduling, costing, experience is a plus)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plant S4/HANA rollout leadership and support
- Management of plant production processes, scheduling, management reporting
- Working with direct and indirect labour to ensure production requirements are met
- Effective use of plant systems, coordinate maintenance, maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Identifies potential problems and creates action plans accordingly
