Job description
- Ensures guestroom is vacant before entering to clean. Effectively prepares each room for cleaning.
- Always removes all soiled linens from the room and makes the bed with clean linens.
- Follows all procedures and guidelines for thoroughly cleaning the bathroom.
- Always replenishes the guest room and bath supplies.
- Ensures guestroom is thoroughly clean including closet and carpet.
- Always double-checks and secures the room before leaving.
- Maintains the housekeeping cart. Ensures it is properly stocked at the end of each shift. Keeps it clean and orderly.
- Immediately reports any damage or broken items to the Housekeeping Team Leader.
- Immediately reports any suspicious items to the Housekeeping Team Leader.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience required.
- Must have prior experience in a guest contact position.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to use a Smartphone.
