Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000

Overview of the role

The Salesforce Manager will oversee, grow, and develop a team of Salesforce administrators and developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for numerous departments across our organization. You will ensure your team has the right inputs, access to stakeholders, and the support they need to be successful while also leading the process of building and improving departmental processes. You will also be the organizational leader for Salesforce, responsible for planning future enhancements and changes, advancing business process automation, overseeing third-party integrations and partnerships, and improving security. Through your leadership, you will support the building of robust and reliable Salesforce solutions that will be used to help save the lives of LGBTQ young people.

Who You Are

  • People Leader. You are an experienced leader who has successfully grown the technical and professional skills of a team of Salesforce professionals. You are able to articulate a clear and inspiring vision for your team while also motivating them to achieve ambitious results.
  • Qualified You have extensive experience managing and administering Salesforce Organizations in an Agile environment. Ideally, you have Salesforce certifications to accompany your expertise, though not required
  • Operational You have a background of creating and overseeing a budget, developing and implementing scalable processes, and other operational aspects of leading a team
  • Technical. You have a strong background with advanced business process automation via declarative development, resolving tickets, supporting business users, building dashboards and reports, business process automation, and data hygiene/management. You have experience with ETL tools and/or other integration paradigms within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborative. You understand that the best way to meet and exceed goals is through building bridges and outstanding teamwork. You enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicator. You communicate clearly and concisely up, down, and across an organization. You excel at communicating technical concepts and systems to a wide range of audiences.
  • Data-driven. You know that without data and analytics it's impossible to effectively identify or pursue the highest impact improvements to a system or service.
  • Organized and efficient. You can simultaneously and effectively manage multiple projects and people. You like to make the best use of your and others’ time by identifying inefficiencies in various processes and implementing changes to help streamline them.

What You'll Do!

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and output at all times
  • Oversee project planning and execution, leveraging both internal and external administrators and development resources, to deliver scalable solutions for our business and crisis services functions
  • Provide day-to-day ownership of a complex and rapidly evolving Salesforce ecosystem
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce Architect on the strategic vision and roadmap for the evolution of Salesforce within Trevor
  • Utilize your understanding of the organization’s diverse business units and strategic initiatives to ensure capacity is anticipated and enterprise perspective is considered
  • Collaborate with our Product, QA, and Engineering Managers to develop a robust QA, deployment, and release process for changes to Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain complete governance and system architecture processes and documentationEnsure that Trevor’s rigorous software and data security standards are applied across the Trevor Salesforce team
