We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe as a Salesforce Developer/Administrator. The candidate will work as part of a team responsible for management, customization, and development of the firm’s Salesforce platform in alignment with business needs. The candidate will join a highly talented team of wealth management and client service professional responsible for delivering superior service to sophisticated, high net worth individuals and large complex institutions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Salesforce to design, code and build Lightning and Apex solutions using database design best practices and automation tools
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API (3rd party integrations)
• Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support business objectives
• Contribute to projects involving Salesforce administrative functions including user management, governance, and process automation using Salesforce tools (process builder, workflow, approval processes, validation rules)
• Contribute to projects delivering on a variety of Salesforce implementation, migration, and development efforts
• Additional duties may entail participation in team projects and assisting with initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required
• 2+ Years of backend Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Certifications preferred
• Financial Services industry experience preferred
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience preferred
• Experience with Agile or SCRUM development environment preferred

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Strong data management abilities
