We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, driven Sales Representative to join the energetic West Point Builders team! You’ll be able to grow quickly and make an impact, meeting our goals and yours. If you are a motivated closer, your income will reflect that effort!

The main objective for this position is to increase sales in our local service area by growing and nurturing customer accounts and relationships with a large focus on closing new leads.

From first contact to completion of the project, our team will be there to guide you along the way. We’re always available to answer any questions or concerns, and communicate timelines accurately so the client can stay at ease. Responsibilities:

• Travel to new project leads and be able to articulate confidently information to customers, answering their questions, making suggestions with integrity, and making them feel comfortable and secure choosing WPB.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with our internal Team to help you meet customer needs.
• Must understand the importance of long-term relationships, even after projects are completed and follow up accordingly.
• Ability to negotiate effectively during the contracting process for new projects.
• Must have ability to travel to on-site locations and work in our West Hollywood office
• Help our potential clients understand the West Point Builders difference and what sets us apart from the competition, with over 20+ years of experience as a family-owned business.

Qualifications:

· Background in construction/home remodeling/contracting required

· Goal-oriented, highly motivated individual

· Excellent communication skills

· Must upload a high level of customer service

· Quick learner

· Experience using sales CRMs and project management systems a plus

· Professional, qualified demeanor and proficient people skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
