We are seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our sales team. This Salesa team sells surgical instruments, medical gloves, incontinence products, medical kits and trays, packs and gowns, safety needles + syringes, nursing supplies, advanced wound care, and other products used in hospitals.

Healthcare personnel contacted include but are not limited to directors, ER/OR, Cath lab, ICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, materials management, & C‑Suite. The Sales Representative position reports to the Senior Sales Manager.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Creating sales presentations to stakeholders leading to product and program sales;
• Calling on hospitals and distributors within assigned territory to sell products;
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships by developing strong relationships with key decision makers;
• Team building among peers to ensure a collaboration across the continuum of care
• Leadership skills and ability to “close the deal”
• Preparing bids and price quotes
• Collaborate with Marketing Department to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years B2B, outside sales experience required
• 2-5 years of distribution sales
• Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commission, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
• Ability to present multiple product lines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
