TGI Direct is a growing, entrepreneurial, direct marketing company specializing in member communications management within the healthcare “aging” space. We work with clients to ensure that critical communications arrive accurately and on time to individuals within their members nationwide.

TGI Direct is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team! TGI Direct is a leading partner in data support, printing capabilities, fulfillment services, and experts in personalized communications.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is to create sales opportunities through the expansion of current business as well as developing new opportunities and relationships. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Sales on account strategy, account development and look for opportunities within select vertical markets to accomplish sales growth and success.

Requirements:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop new opportunities within the key vertical markets-healthcare, membership and insurance.
  • Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
  • Expand upon current business relationships that are currently managed.
  • Create and manage strategic account plans on key accounts within our verticals.
  • Manage all business activities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Resolve customer issues and work with internal team members on customer satisfaction.
  • New Business-Work closely with internal team members to ensure a successful launch.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure client success.
  • Provide annual forecast to ensure proper budgeting.
  • Ongoing client communication as programs change and grow.
  • Work closely with estimating (and operations) on proposals that are requested.
  • Think strategically on key business opportunities and work closely with operations on opportunities that arise.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and projections.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns and challenges.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Business, Communications or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years in Sales, preferably in solutions-based selling.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Print and Mail industry experience preferred.
  • Data Processing experience preferred.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Work Requirements:

  • 100% Remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Travel to meet with clients or potential clients may be required on occasion.
