- Schedule and perform estimates to successfully close deals and bring on new business
- Capitalize on sales opportunities with warm-leads provided, supplement with personal leads and referrals
- Conduct immediate and scheduled follow up to close business
- Manage the sales flow for 10-15 customers per week
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
- Serve as a point of contact for customers
- Manage painting crews and negotiate rates
- Complete necessary administrative tasks
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organization, communication and negotiating skills are a must
- Must be on time for appointments and maintain a schedule
- Basic computer and software skills are needed
- Be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Must be a problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a valid drivers' license with good driving record
- Cannot have any criminal conviction for offenses relevant to position
- Must currently reside near or within the Austin, TX area
- Must have at least 2 years of quota driven sales experience
- Prefer experience in painting or home service industry
- College degree preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
