Summary:

This position supports the contract booking process for the MMS (Medication Management Solutions) Infusion business of client.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Accurate assessment of customer order documents for completeness and data entry in ERP system
  • Support and participate on process improvement projects (templates, standard terms, system updates, etc.) to drive operational efficiencies and standardization throughout the organization.
  • Be accountable for goals and KPIs (e.g., contract entry volume, cycle time targets).

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • BA/BS degree or 5+ years’ experience in the applicable area
  • Ability to remotely partner with colleagues, Sales leaders, and General Management to communicate status and assessment of customer contract documents needed for booking.
  • Experience working in a high-volume data entry role with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated customer centricity attitude in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter, minimal supervision in performing assigned tasks.
  • Ability to travel: 5%

Preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a position with matrix accountability preferred.
  • Experience working in Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP
  • General understanding of, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, revenue recognition guidance, Internal Audit, regulatory controls, and business strategy
  • Knowledge of post-signature capital contract processes, including installation, billing/revenue management and maintenance of equipment and how each of those processes are affected by pre-signature contract negotiations.
