We’re looking for a full-time, staff Sales & Marketing Business Systems Analyst to join our Yoh team. The Sales & Marketing Business Systems Analyst provides best-practice training and technical support to front office marketing & sales system users under the supervision of management and/or more experienced analysts. This role will participate in system testing of new capabilities in a Sandbox environment prior to Production go-live. The Sales & Marketing Business Systems Analyst assists with systems documentation and training material development as directed.

As the Sales & Marketing Business Systems Analyst, here’s the work you’ll do:

• With guidance from senior team members, collaborates, designs and delivers training to system user population.
• With a high level of oversight and guidance, reviews and resolves BetterNet tickets submitted by system users.
• In partnership with senior team members, participates in system testing.
• With guidance and very specific instructions, creates system documentation and training material.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Previous experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot Content Management & Marketing Automation platform a plus. Must possess both technical and business savviness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as detail-oriented. Experience working with cloud-based marketing and sales software a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary internal customer-service. Able to prioritize workload and advise on the work priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to create and nurture a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively present information to internal key executives.

And if you have these qualifications:

• Bachelors degree; Minor in IT or Marketing related field is preferred.
• 0-1+ years of experience with business applications
• Ability to travel if needed 10%
• Great attitude and team player.
• Successful completion of background screening process.
