South Florida’s leading pool supply distributor is looking for A TOP LEVEL SALES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER! MT Pool one of SFL largest, privately owned and fastest-growing swimming pool distributor has an amazing opportunity for an Area Relationship Manager to sell pool supplies to construction and service contractors and develop a new territory!

Job is paid base plus commission. Company will support lead generation.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in swimming pool industry or related industry.
• 2+ years’ successful experience in fast paced, top-level sales
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors in related field a plus!
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report.
• Pool industry experience preferred
• Able to travel 50% of the time
• Bi-Lingual-Fluent Spanish

Job Compensation:

• Will be discussed in Interview
• Tiered commissions based on performance. Higher sales, higher commission.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service

• Assess market opportunities and identify potential customers
• Prepare weekly call schedule based on appointments and cold calls
• After assessing customer needs and expectations, discuss a sales program with CEO and VP of sales. This assessment includes special needs and services, pricing, fulfillment and payment terms.
• Sales call report CRM after each meeting with prospect.
• Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
• Register prospect with Ecommerce department to receive marketing offers and communications.
• Train customer in the use of MT Pool’s Ecommerce website
• Build referral relationships.
• Exceed customer expectations.
