Responsibilities and Duties

Looking for an individual to sale, manage and grow the sales team. We currently have 2 sales employees and are looking to hire one or two more in the coming months. Significant growth potential for a manager with passion and commitment to execute to sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in business to business, inside sales, outside sales and cold calling.

Experience working for a service company.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multitask and manage a sales force.

Fast learner, self-starter, efficient, and dependable.

Ability to function in fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Assertive personality able to drive a sale to closure.

Ability to set up daily and weekly goals for the team.

Leads with a positive attitude and maintains accountability for team performance.

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM databases

Additional Information:

There is NO Relocation Assistance for this position.

Employee must be living in Minneapolis/St. Paul Area.

Potential Income: Depending on experience/negotiable.
