Job description

As a Sales Lead Manager you will be responsible for working with active sellers to manage incoming leads and properly turn over qualified leads to the Acquisitions team in a timely manner. You will be working with sellers who have already expressed an interest in selling their property. We provide a unique value for sellers and an opportunity to help them in many unique ways.

Managing Sales Activities:

· Qualify generated sales leads in a timely manner.

· Refer qualified opportunities to appropriate Acquisitions Specialist for quality and timely service.

· Implement current processes and practices within predefined sales parameters.

· Build a base relationship and trust with sellers.

· Enter and update customer information in the database.

· Effectively resolve issues and rejections that may arise in the sales process.

Strong Candidates:

· Will have a proven track record of success in sales and hitting sales goals.

  • Demonstrates excellent selling skills, strong communication skills, and an understanding of the real estate industry.

· Be enthusiastic, motivated, teachable, open-minded, and articulate.

· Be successful in a short sales cycle preferably over the phone.

· Be driven to find and overcome objections/rejections.

· Be passionate about selling and closing with a competitive mindset.

· Must have excellent relational skills, with an ability to connect with people.

· Must want to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
