Job Description

The Sales Coordinator communicates across all departments and works closely with and reports to the National Account Manager. The primary focus of this position is to ensure a positive experience for all Krownlab customers. As the hub for inbound sales, the Sales Coordinator balances a variety of demands efficiently, embodies responsive action, uses accurate and effective communication, and forges strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

· Provide competent, comprehensive, and timely technical product support.

· Process quotes and orders that come in through our website, by email and by phone.

· Develop relationships with sales accounts and seek new opportunities.

· Resolve challenging situations with support from the National Account Manager.

· Maintain and expand our comprehensive customer database.

· Relay customer insights to the National Account Manager and the rest of the team.

· Manage product returns, payment authorizations, and shipping rate calculations.

· On-going coordination with the production team to organize and prioritize open sales orders.

· Manage and grow Krownlab’s social media presence, with a focus on Instagram.

Requirements

· 3+ years working in a customer-facing environment with a passion for helping customers and closing sales.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of educational experience.

· Ability to communicate fluently in English and effectively balance customer and company interests.

· Strong general desktop and smartphone skills with full proficiency in MS Office and Instagram.

· Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce platforms a plus.

· Ability to understand dimensional drawings and recognize quality in product design.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance and utilize fine motor skills for prolonged periods of time.

Position

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Compensation structure consists of Base Pay plus a Sales Commission based on total company Sales. Total compensation is between $48,000 and $60,000 dependent upon skill level, experience level, and company performance. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
