Position Summary

Developing strong working relationships with the Sales, Operations, Finance and Market Leads to support the entire sales process. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales and administrative support as well as for data and reporting in CRM to track and report on cross-departmental growth.

  • Engage CGO, sales team and other Sanitas team members through sales stages from engagement to contract, ensuring data is captured in CRM.
  • Manage and direct teams utilization of Salesforce and report results of product sales regularly, as defined by CGO, continually ensuring accuracy of product growth opportunities in CRM.
  • Monthly and as requested reporting of individual and departmental sales activities and pipeline compared to goals.
  • Identify and oversee changes in CRM to support monitoring of activities and pipeline, coordinating with other departments any changes.
  • Create and continually modify dashboard reports to meet the needs of departments.
  • Manage and oversee the RFP process, working cross-departmentally to ensure the team meets required deadlines, responds to questions, compiling responses in the required format.
  • Work closely with the other departments to learn Sanitas strategies and product development as well as improvements to current offerings.
  • Develop cross-functional and strategic capabilities between sales and marketing to identify common goals and making progress towards those strategic initiatives.
  • Create and manage a competitive intelligence program and perform ongoing competitive analysis to include scope of services, model, differentiators, footprint and pricing.
  • Act as an internal consultant, working directly with multiple stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of tools/strategy to support the sales process and accomplish the departmental goals.
  • Support meeting scheduling and logistics for CGO, VP of Product and Product Growth, VP of Market Expansion, VP of Marketing and Market Leads to include but not limited to Prospect and Client Presentations, Board Meetings, Health Plan/Broker/Consultant Tours and Events.
  • Support expense report submission for CGO and other Sales Team members, as defined.
  • Participation in events, trade shows and associational meetings to represent Sanitas, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Track record of managing multiple and complex projects and priorities with demanding timelines.
  • Must have four years experience in healthcare.
