Description
The Center Sales / Print Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
We are investing in our people and our stores, looking for a UPS Store Sales / Print Associate who has at least 1-year retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. We endeavor to help you to learn, grow and deliver. You will be positive, inclusive, and collaborative in helping our customers
Helping both your store and your customer.
- Consistently greet customers in a friendly manner; identify customer needs, and offer additional services which could benefit them
- Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
- Fully utilize Mailbox Manager to open and close mailboxes, log packages and process packages
- Receive and process packages for shipping
- Assist in merchandising the center, including stocking shelves with product, ensuring clean and orderly appearance of product, informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies
- Be flexible on duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong customer service skills and abilities in store and on the phone
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Collaborate and work with other team members
- Able to lift 35 pounds
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites a plus
Preferred skills and experience:
- Strong customer service experience in a retail environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
