Opportunity

Responsible for maintaining all customer and business partner data in SAP and CRM systems, including both entering and analyzing data to be extracted as needed for reporting purposes. Maintain all distributor and dealer contact information, subscriptions, and warranty, along with pertinent system accesses. Provide accurate channel partner to support the public website Sales and Service Locator, sales order and invoicing transactions, mailings, approved markets, etc.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Process dealer registrations. New dealer set up includes maintaining all Channel Partner account and contact information in SAP, CRM systems and related systems.
  • Receive the requests for a new channel partner and direct customer accounts. Coordinate the requests for new accounts with the Sales Manager and the Credit Department and maintain this information in SAP. Accuracy is essential as this information drives order processing, and invoicing.
  • Maintain all channel partner data in SAP, CRM system and related systems.
  • Provide security access to all Direct Dealer and Indirect dealer partners for partner applications.
  • Back up for sending weekly email communications (PowerTalk) to distributors to keep them updated on what’s going on. This includes managing the process of receiving the letters, sending out for approval, and coordinating the appropriate approved letters for this weekly newsletter.
  • Work with Supervisor of Service Literature to keep track of and maintain in CRM subscriptions for KPS dealers and distributors. There is a yearly fee for these subscriptions, so this data needs to remain accurate.
  • Responsible for security access for all users of the Marine Dealer portal. This is a secured Kohler Portal that is used by dealers and Direct Dealers and houses all the Sales information they need to sell and service our Marine products. In addition, the Direct Dealers can enter their Marine product and aftermarket parts orders on this site.
  • Manage all KPS customer changes with Corporate Communications for the Sales and Service locator tools on our public websites on a regular basis. This is an essential task for our customer support and lead practices.
  • Create and maintain email lists for distributors and dealers in the CRM and Salesforce systems.
  • Maintain distributor email addresses in the Global Address list. Adding new emails and deleting old ones.
  • Assist in implementing customer relationship management processes within Kohler Power Systems. Adding new and maintaining existing attributes in CRM for segmentation of our customer and channel partner data.
  • Has super user responsibility for testing out changes being made in SAP or CRM in regard to the customer fields and/or logic
  • May receive assignments as a member of the systems support team for specific systems projects or data cleansing efforts.

Skills/Requirements

  • Associates degree in general business, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One year minimum office experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, MS Mail, Excel, Word, and Access.
  • SAP and CRM knowledge regarding best business practice for maintaining master data accurately.
