Job description
Twin City Staffing is hiring a safety coordinator for a busy manufacturer in the Saint Cloud area. This safety coordinator job requires conducting safety inspections and training employees on proper safety practices.
Pay: $20+/hr., DOE
- Plus overtime pay when applicable
Hours:
- 2nd shift: 2 pm - 10 pm, Monday - Friday
- 3rd shift: 10 pm - 6 am, Monday - Friday
- Must be able to work overtime and be on-call on weekends as assigned

Job duties of the safety coordinator:
- Monitor, diagnose, and treat injuries and illnesses in accordance with accepted practice and company policy while recommending prevention programs
- Conduct inspections to identify and minimize hazards to prevent injury and ensure compliance with governmental regulations
- Counsel and train employees on proper safety practices
- Perform research and problem-solving activities
- Conduct a monthly safety committee meeting
Requirements of the safety coordinator:
- Wear PPE
- Work in humid temperatures
- Pass physical and lifting assessment
- Drug test
- Background check
