Job description
This position is responsible for information analysis, implementation of performance improvement initiatives, and leading projects to support efficient routing and delivery through our Omnitracs platform. Days of the week on which the position will be expected to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Full Time Days, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Job Description:
  • Work with operations managers and branch leadership to ensure data integrity, driver compliance, and branch engagement using Omnitracs One.
  • Develop dashboards to measure the effectiveness of our drivers, within the Omnitracs Insight reporting module and/or using Excel/PowerBI
  • Work with the branches to ensure strong data integrity within Omnitracs One, focusing on correct geofence settings, service times capture/updates, and delivery window accuracy
  • Develop and align on key routing metrics to measure the effectiveness of our drivers
  • Work with Routing Team and Corporate Operations to measure routing efficiency
  • Develop opportunities/recommendations to Routing team leadership to optimize routing efficiency and fleet utilization
  • Responsible for gathering information, performing discovery, documenting current business processes, and collating/analyzing supporting data
  • Ability to research and develop solutions to issues related to Omnitracs software, including - researching the background of issue(s), identifying root causes, quantifying the scope and scale of issue(s), identifying possible solutions, making recommendations, and “owning” the solution within the routing team
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and or experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to creatively solve problems and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced & changing environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Beverage Industry experience a major plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with Roadnet Transportation Suite or other routing experience
  • Able to work for any employer in the U.S
