Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing routes, drivers, customers, trucks, and products.
Schedule

10 hr shifts
-
Monday through Thursday
-
Occasional 5th day on Friday
Duties and essential job functions
-
Will take ownership of running a pre-determined route along with managing the other Route Service Reps
-
Create and maintain a pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

This position requires regular and reliable attendance
-
Be CITY Laundering Co.'s face to our customers and potential customers
-
Drive truck to accounts
-
Responsible for filling in or assisting Route Service Representatives
-
Unload clean laundry and load soiled laundry onto truck
-
Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services
-
Ensure customer satisfaction
-
Maintain positive communication with customers, potential customers and co-workers
-
Organize invoices and complete paperwork
-
Maintain a clean driving record
-
Other duties as assigned
Minimum requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in general ledger accounting, or strong Internship experience (journal entries, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations) or AA (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

Experience managing or supervising personnel preferred.

Frequently, to manipulate tools or parts in the process of repairing or maintaining equipment

Occasionally to move equipment or carts
Lifting/Carrying:

Occasionally, up to 100 pounds to take items to and from moving items from one area to another – lifting from floor to 70 inches. Frequently under 50 pounds to manipulate parts or equipment. Distance varies.

Frequently, to walk throughout the facility and storage areas.
