Job Summary:

Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback. The Route Representative will work closely with the Customer Service Department, and other members pf the shipping team in a dynamic, fast-paced evolving work environment.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of cases from our customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Responsible for working closely with Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is being maintained.
• Provide a competent and personable representation of BonaDent Dental Laboratories while on the road.
• In addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and required

Ability, Skill, and Knowledge Requirements:

• Must remain flexible and restructure schedule as needed.
• Must drive vehicles to and from destination, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Carry out case pick-up and delivery from Doctor’s offices.
• Carry out daily bank and post office run (when needed).
• Act as customer service representative when picking up or dropping off cases.
• Must carry yourself in professional manner.
• Assist in opening new work and packaging cases in Shipping & Receiving as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and fueled vehicle.
• Assist with special deliveries, trips and other driving services as needed.
• Inform management of and vehicle problems.
• Must have a valid New York State Driver’s License and a good motor vehicle record.
• Must be familiar with surrounding areas and able to read a map or directions and utilize GPS.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
• Good time-management skills with an ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude, and professionalism.
• Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

This is primarily a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. Finger dexterity is needed to hold and work with the hand tools. The position primarily requires the individual to be mobile, bend, lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds, reach, sit, walk and stare at small objects from close range; requires close attention to detail. This position may require the need to stand for up-to 8-hours per day or sit for up-to 8-hours per day.

Hours:

Fill-in only: Hours will be scheduled on an “as-needed” basis.

Job Type: Part-time
