Job description
Tide Cleaners is looking for a Delivery Concierge (Driver) for our Ballwin, MO location. (Must be able to drive a Non-CDL Sprinter type vehicle, Clean driving record)
Strong customer service and time management skills are a requirement for this position. Dry cleaning experience is not required.
- Politely greet and assist all delivery guests
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Consistently ensure route pickups and deliveries are met
- Record daily delivery and pickup numbers
- Follow the Company’s new customer protocol
- Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
- Tag and organize guest's pick up orders
- Ensure all items are delivered
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be consistent and detail-oriented
- Any other duties as assigned, assist team upon delivery completion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift

CDC compliant PPE provided, procedures MUST be followed while on shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Route driving: 3 years (Required)
