GreenTree Hospitality Group is looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong sense of customer service and the ability to multi-task to join our Hotel Operations Team.

FRONT DESK AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner

· Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services, room location, amenities, and nearby attractions; Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges

· Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements

· Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner

· Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures

· Issue, control, and release guest safe-deposit boxes in line with hotel procedures

· Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up by following the service recovery guidelines

· Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures always. Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns, or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty

· Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service

· Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.

ROOM ATTENDANTS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Change bed linen and make beds
  • Replace used towels
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Dust furniture
  • Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
  • Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
  • Clean public areas, like corridors
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
  • Help guests retrieve lost items
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND DESIRED TRAITS

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year of front desk/guest service experience
  • Skytouch experience preferred
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Ability to take ownership of activities and follow through to completion.
  • You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Prior Hotel Housekeeping is a MUST
  • Ability to take ownership of activities and follow through to completion.·
  • Experience in a fast-paced, and demanding work environment.
  • Employee will be required to pass background check and drug tests
