Job Description:

This is a Salary position plus incentives. We are looking for problem solving, self driven individuals who are willing to learn and adapt. Bi-lingual is a big bonus. We will provide a company vehicle or offer a vehicle allowance and gas card. Experience is not a must but definitely helps. Pay varies based on experience.

Duties include

-Overseeing our roofing projects from start to finish, and maintaining quality communication with both the office administrators, sales representatives and homeowners.

-Oversee roofing crews and subcontractors that may be involved in the projects such as gutters companies, solar companies, or screen companies.

-Meet inspectors on site for inspections with the counties and assist in problem solving when there are possible contrusticion issues.

-Customer satisfaction is top priority.

-Taking photos of work and using our CRM to manage jobflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• Winter Park, FL 32789: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
