(Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00)

The RNAC is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As an RNAC you will be responsible to:
- Coordinate RAI processes in compliance to federal and state guidelines
- Ensure the completion of documentation for all Medicare and Managed Care residents along with nursing staff
- Compiling data reports based on assessments conducted
Qualifications:
- RN license preferred
- Basic experience as an RNAC/MDS coordinator
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
