Azria Health Montclair located in Omaha, NE is currently seeking an experienced RN to fill a full-time evening shift House Supervisor position. If you want to make a difference in the care of our Seniors and have an upbeat positive attitude, we want you to come work with our team. This position will work with the evening shift staff in a hands on manner, assisting with Admissions, Assessments, Pharmacy, Documentation Compliance, Survey Preparation, Staff Education, Staffing and Managing the Evening shift as well as being the General Evening Manager for the facility. Requirements:

• Current Nebraska license
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility
• Previous experience in Long Term Care management and planning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Point Click Care experience is plus
• Four or more years experience as a nurse preferred
• At least 3 year of nurse management experience
• Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.

• Responsible for the coordination and support of patient activity and safe practices in all clinical areas on the designated shift.

• Oversight for placement of all admissions on designated shift.

• Responds to high risk situations, provides direction, supports and assists as necessary toward problem resolution in a timely manner.

• Coordinates daily staffing adjustments to maintain safe and effective care. Works with Department Director as necessary to resolve assignment issues.
